Return Policy

RETURNS ON REGULAR-PRICED & SALE* MERCHANDISE:

We do not provide cash/credit card refunds. However, we will accept exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date with a valid receipt, all tags attached, and no signs of damage.

Returns and exchanges are processed in the form of a store credit within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.  To receive your store credit more quickly, use our Returns Portal: meltfit.returnscenter.com

RETURNS ON OVERSTOCK & CLOSEOUTS:

Any items purchased from the Overstock & Closeout Collection are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
There will be no returns or exchanges accepted. If you choose to send these products back to the warehouse, we will contact you to offer an option of re-shipment of the item you returned (at your own expense) or Forfeiture of the item. 
MISSING PACKAGES:
We do not provide refunds for missing packages. If a package is missing, we ask that you email us at help@meltfit.com
A claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier and then we will resend a new package requiring a signature.
